- The Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic:
- represents and promotes the common interests of its members with the goal of creating an environment that is conducive to enterprise and employment.
- respects ethical principles of business that will lead to a long-term and sustainable prosperity for Czech society.
- promotes, co-ordinates and defends the interests of its members in the Council for Economic and Social Agreement, a governmental platform for employers and trade unions.
- informs the public about views and positions of employers and enterprises
- shapes public opinion with regards to requirements for economic development.
- represents its members in negotiations about the social contract.
- participates in public debates to presents its own proposals to influence political and economic decision making in the economic and social spheres at both national and international level.
