Description
Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic (AMSP CR)
is, with its nearly 30,000 members, 350 of which are small and medium-sized businesses, one of the most important medium-sized organisations in the Czech Republic
AMSP CR: Our Goals
Improving the climate for business activity
General support of small and medium-sized enterprises, and also craftsmen and traders (SME) and playing a part in creating legislation
Motto: Middle class as one of the most important pillars of democracy.
Social policy for SME
In spite of the role and importance of SME in the Czech economy, social policy is still created following the model of industrial labour relations. Legislation has to define clearly that SME are not only a smaller-scale version of large companies but a specific form of organisation and model for doing business in society, which manifests different functional rules (social dialogue, social corporate responsibility etc).
Public relations
Presentation of SME in the economy and politics and in all parts of Czech society and also presentation of Czech SME abroad.
Services
Support of our members by advice and action, and also acting as an intermediary by providing a variety of services in the financial, legal and administration sectors.
Task of AMSP ÄŒR in expansion of the EU to the East
The task of AMSP ÄŒR as a member of UEAPME consists in meeting the following priority goals:
- Supporting European concepts and contributing to European cooperation
- Informing its members about all European Union policy subjects relating to artisan companies and SME and informing European institutions about the needs and opinions of AMSP ÄŒR members
- Academic, innovative, technical and legal support of its members in all important EU policy matters
- Representing the common interests of its members towards European institutions and all other international organisations and associations of a public or private sector nature
- Implementation of common tasks on the recommendation of its members and seeking solutions to all problems relating to the goals stated above
