Short description of the project
- The project builds on realized project Aging Workforce (2007 - 2008) which took place in the questionnaire survey concerning the management of older workers in companies. The investigation showed that this issue is devoted only a small proportion of companies (especially large companies). Moreover, in this area, there is a low availability of information and scientific literature in national languages. For these reasons, Project Aging Workforce 2 responds to the need to further develop this issue and provide information support to enterprises.
