Directive on Services on the Internal Market
The European Commission launched on 30 June a consultation in the context of the "mutual evaluation process" to obtain feedback from stakeholders on their assessment of national measures implementing the Services Directive and other national measures applicable to the establishment of services providers and to the cross-border provision of services.
Considering the importance of this issue, we urge branch federations and companies to submit their views on the current situation in the Czech Republic regarding national measures applicable to the establishment of services providers and to the cross-border provision of services.
