Autonomous Agreement on Inclusive Labour Markets (Brussels, 16 February 2009)
On 16 February a meeting of the negotiation team on the Autonomous Framework Agreement on Inclusive Labour Markets was held in Brussels. A seminar destined for presentations of specific examples of actions undertaken in the area of active inclusion by employers and trade unions took place as a part of the meeting. The seminar aimed at assisting in clarification of the scope of the negotiations and in elaboration of ideas for practical measures that the social partners could include in the framework agreement.
A number of projects were presented:
- “Chance Plus“, Germany, Transnet Trade Union
- “First shift“, Poland, Solidarity TUs and Craft and SMEs Chamber, Katowice
- “Social Economy”, France, ADAPEI
- “Outplacement services”, Sweden, TRR (Trygghetsrl)
The follow-up negotiation focused on definition of aims, the scope, obstacles and solutions of the future agreement.
