Business wants UK to remain in the EU

On the occasion of the European Business Summit 2016 in Brussels BUSINESSEUROPE published its statement calling for a coherent global strategy to tackle uncertainties limiting recovery.

Companies as part of the solution need a stable and supportive environment including more Europe in areas where single member states acting separately will not be able to guarantee more security and prosperity.

BUSINESSEUROPE calls for urgent addressing of the international, European and national factors of uncertainty which are undermining companies wishes to invest, grow and foster employment in Europe, for focusing on opportunities of market opening and implementing of policies to remove obstacles to international trade and investment as well as bottlenecks to growth or job creation and barriers to cross-border business in the single market.

At the same time European business calls for UK to remain in the EU.
