Confederation of Industry has a new board of directors

Among the new vice-presidents, there are the Manager of the Year 2014 Daniel Beneš or Zbyněk Frolík from LINET.

The general assembly of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic (SP) decided on Tuesday 28th April that the present SP president Jaroslav Hanák will stay as a head of the confederation for the next four years. The participants in the general assembly have elected fourteen members of the board, seven vice-presidents including, as well. Among these seven board vice-presidents figure director general of the energy giant ČEZ Daniel Beneš, the owner of the LINET society Zbyněk Frolík, board chairman of the ZVVZ MACHINERY, Stanislav Kázecký, external relations director of ArcelorMittal Ostrava, Jan Rafaj, František Chaloupecký from the DOSTAV Praha society, Aspen Institute Prague‘s director Radek Špicar and the president of the Branch Association of the Iron Metallurgy, Jiří Cienciala.

Other newly elected members of the Confederation’s board are: Agrofert society‘s fertilizers and fuels division director Petr Cingr, BRANO society‘s owner Pavel Juříček, Škoda Auto society‘s board member Bohdan Wojnar, ELCOM society‘s board chairman Jiří Holoubek, director general of the Chvaletice Power Plant, Luboš Pavlas, IBM Czech Republic and Slovak Republic society’s board member Milena Jabůrková and the external relations director of the BMB society Petr Jonák.
