Companies want partners from Kazakhstan get visa easier

The new investment opportunities in the special economic zones in Kazakhstan were the main topic of the Czech-Kazakh investment forum held in Prague where representatives of state institutions and employers from both countries met on Friday 13th November.

Companies from the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan are interested in the development of their mutual cooperation which is very difficult without personal contacts. From this reason, the Czech entrepreneurs have invited the Czech authorities to ease the procedure of granting visas to their Kazakh counterparts.

„Business is impossible without personal contacts and the possibility to become acquainted with the other side,“ the Confederation of Industry‘s president Jaroslav Hanák stressed in his speech. He personally sees large possibilities in fields as energy, engineering, electrotechnics, aviation, infrastructure development or environmental protection.

He pointed out that there are many young people from Kazakhstan studying now in the Czech Republic. „We perceive this fact as an investment in our future economic relations,“ he said.

An impulse for it should be the memorandum on cooperation between the Confederation of Industry and the KAZNEX INVEST agency signed at the end of the forum in which representatives of 140 companies from the Czech Republic took part.
