Pomoc Indii v boji s pandemií Covid-19

Indie se v těchto dnech nachází v kritické epidemické situaci, čelí největší vlně pandemie co do rozsahu i rychlosti šíření nákazy koronavirem Covid-19. Země se potýká s obrovským náporem pacientů v nemocnicích, které musejí nové případy odmítat, scházejí lůžka, kyslík a další vybavení.

Svaz indického průmyslu (Confederation of Indian Industry CII), se kterým má SP ČR uzavřenou dohodu o spolupráci a dlouhodobě při různých příležitostech s ním spolupracuje, zvláště při organizaci podnikatelských misí do Indie, ale i při nášvětě indických podnikatelských delegací v ČR, se na nás a na české firmy obrátil s prosbou o urgentní pomoc v boji s pandemií. SP ČR již zaslal Svazu indickému průmyslu kontakty na firmy v ČR, které mohou dodat potřebné zdravotnické vybavení, především kyslíkové láhve učené pro zdravotnictví, ale nyní jsme obdželi ještě další prosbu i o finanční pomoc.

An Appeal :  CII Covid 19 Relief & Response Initiative

As you may be aware, the second wave of Covid-19 is spreading rapidly across India. This is, once again, disrupting lives and livelihoods, with some parts of India under partial lockdown.

Whenever a disaster strikes India, the Confederation of Indian Industry extends all possible support to the affected people.

Last year, CII along with its Member companies and affiliated associations undertook extensive relief operations across India, reaching out to almost 8 million people. The relief efforts continued with a focus on building community resilience and an innovative Tele-ICU project, which is a 24*7 remote ICU patient monitoring system aided by real-time, two-way audio-visuals and smart alerts. Tele-ICUs are currently operational in select tier II and III cities.

CII is in constant touch with various Government agencies and local authorities to assess the situation and initiate relief operations in the areas affected by the second wave of Covid-19.

CII is working towards supporting the healthcare infrastructure by providing and deploying medical equipments including PPE kits, Oxygen concentrators and cylinders, ventilators etc. and also setting up and supporting Covid Centres. We would also be supporting the vulnerable communities affected by the loss of livelihoods due to the pandemic.

Keeping in view the magnitude of the problem, CII expects a long-term engagement with regard to relief work. This would require tremendous support and generosity from all.

• ISO container to facilitate transport of liquid oxygen to deficient areas.
• Cylinders for liquid oxygen and oxygen gas.
• Personal Oxygen concentrators, which can be used at home, reducing the need for hospitalization.
• The PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption) and VSA (Vacuum Swing Absorption) oxygen concentrators for hospitals.
• FDA approved Military Oxygen Generators which can support smaller, up to 50 bedded, hospitals.
• Ventilators
• Bilevel positive airway pressure (BPAP) machines
