Communications and Services

The Communication and Services department is responsible for external, internal and on-line communication of the Confederation. It is responsible for strategic communication planning, stakeholder relations, media relations, event planning, crisis communication, social network communication, etc. All contact with the media is managed through this department. It also provides relevant communication support to each department within the Confederation.
