 It is jointly hosted by China Centre for Promotion of SME Development of M
 inistry of Industry and Information Technology\, Hebei Provincial Departme
 nt of industry and Information Technology\, and Cangzhou Municipal People'
 s Government.\nWith the theme of Deepening Cooperation and Sharing Opportu
 nities\, the forum will invite relevant officials from national ministries
  and commissions\, diplomatic envoys from Central and Eastern European cou
 ntries to China\, local government representatives\, as well as representa
 tives from chambers of commerce\, associations\,enterprises\, universities
  and research institutes\, etc. The forum will take full advantage of the 
 bilateral and multilateral SME cooperation mechanisms\, gather resource el
 ements\, encourage more people-to-people and cultural exchanges\,promote e
 conomic and trade cooperation\, and build up an important platform for coo
 peration between SMEs in China and CEECs.The organizer will bear the  acc
