 gineering for life: Breakthrough Technologies and Capacity Development Foc
 used on UN SDGs.\nThe theme of WEC 2023 responds to current planetary chal
 lenges and reflects the main goal which is to explore and find how high-te
 ch\, as well as low-tech innovations\, artificial intelligence and a trans
 disciplinary approach\, can ensure environmental sustainability and assure
  a safer\, fairer\, more efficient\, better\, healthy and peaceful future.
 World Engineers Conventions are the largest gatherings of the engineering 
 world and attract up to 6000 participants from more than 100 countries. Th
 is event aims to bring together engineers\, scientists\, technical special
 ists as well as industry executives\, policymakers\, influencers\, educato
 rs and students from around the world in order to exchange views and mobil
 ize their crucial international role in contributing to solving the most c
 ritical global problems of humanity.The wide range of congress topics offe
 rs participants to learn from technical and social science contributions t
 o humanity’s sustainable future and feed them with new ideas and motivat
