 tember\, the EU Delegation in Canada and the DG Trade\, in collaboration w
 ith DG Internal Market\, Industry\, Entrepreneurship and SMEs\, and the Se
 rvice for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI)\, will organise a webinar entit
 led ‘How to make use of the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade A
 greement (CETA) Protocol on Conformity Assessment and whether to extend it
 s scope’ to which you are cordially invited. Please see the attached pro
 gramme for details.\nThe webinar is part of a series of events organised a
 round the fifth anniversary of CETA’s provisional entry into force. The 
 Agreement remains a core driver of the EU’s privileged and very solid re
 lationship with this close ally and like-minded partner. The current geopo
 litical context creates a momentum for even closer cooperation between the
  EU and Canada.\nThe webinar is an opportunity to learn about the Conformi
 ty Assessment Protocol\, its implementation\, and the respective roles of 
 the European Co-operation for Accreditation and the European Commission in
  the implementation of the Conformity Assessment Protocol. It will also gi
 ve an opportunity for an interactive discussion on the EU’s interest to
