 cost of 2 night’s hotel accommodation to the participating delegates. Th
 e ceiling of reimbursement will be US$ 900 (US$ 1500 to delegates from Afr
 ica\, LAC and North America) or the cost of the ticket plus 2 night hotel 
 accommodation – whichever is lower. The condition for sponsorship is as 
 below:\n\nThe company should be genuine Electronics Hardware importers/ bu
 yers or seeking joint ventures / tie-ups and / with Indian companies and\n
 1 delegate per company will be sponsored.\nPayment of US$ 200 towards part
 icipation fees (This will be deducted from the amount which will be reimbu
 rsed to the delegates on 2nd day of the event.)\n\n ESC’s official trav
 el agent will help the delegates in hotel accommodation.   We request you
  to kindly identify at least 5 or more potential buyers/ traders for INDEE
