  1. 10th Edition of the Business Summit is a physical event held in Brussels alongside the main political summit which will mark 45 years of EU-ASEAN relations
  2. 2 panels discussing key policy issues underlining EU-ASEAN relations
    1. Deepening trade and investment relations between EU and ASEAN
    2. Achieving balance between sustainability and trade
  3. Open to public (first-come-first-serve basis. Registration subject to approval)

C-Suite Luncheon with ASEAN HoGs

The luncheon is designed to bring together the ASEAN HoG (with the exception of Myanmar) and Senior Executives from a range of European Businesses.

Highlights of C-Suite Luncheon

  1. All HoGs are expected to be accompanied by one Minister which is most likely their Ministers of Trade/Commerce; or their Ministers of Foreign Affairs
  2. President of the European Council, H.E. Charles Michel will be in attendance
  3. Executive Vice President of the European Commission, H.E. Valdis Dombrovskis, has been invited
  4. Corporate representatives will be interspersed between HoGs and Ministers (subject to confirmation from the Protocol team)
