S ohledem na zpětnou vazbu od několika účastníků a pro poskytnutí širšího prostoru pro hostující delegáty bylo rozhodnuto přeplánovat výstavu INDIA ELECTRONICS EXPO (INDEE) - mezinárodní B2B jednání - z listopadového termínu na březen, která se nyní bude konat společně s několika dalšími událostmi zaměřenými na technologie. Událost se nyní bude konat zároveň se dvěma novými událostmi konkrétně INDIASOFT 2023 a CONVERGENCE INDIA 2023, od 27. do 29. března 2023 na Pragati Maidan, Nové Dillí.  Očekává se , že nové místo konání akce spolu s dalšími dvěma předními technickými přehlídkami bude mít přidanou hodnotu pro návštěvníky a hostující delegáty a taky lepší odezvu pro samotnou událost.

India’s top electronics products and IoT companies will be displaying their products, capabilities, and innovations being made in India in the electronics and IoT sector. This will be a unique Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) for the electronics hardware and IoT industry.
 
Being the only event of its kind in India, INDEE is being supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
 
This strategic initiative will be the most valuable platform for the global electronics industry to witness and source specialized technologically sound products ranging from

The global buyers during their visit to India can interact with the participating Indian Electronics and IoT industry which can pave the path to witness innovations, value additions offered by Indian intellectual minds of Electronics Hardware entrepreneurs and strike meaningful business deals leading to create WIN-WIN synergy for the overall growth of the enterprises.
 
Today the Indian electronics sector is gearing up to cater to its own domestic and global requirements assisted by a strong push from the Central Government. The day is not far when India will be a favoured country for sourcing electronics goods and an attractive destination with conducive policies and infrastructure for investment in electronics manufacturing.   It would, therefore, a good opportunity for business delegations from various countries to participate in INDEE. This would give the delegation an excellent opportunity to interact with several Indian Electronics Hardware companies.
 
Besides the Indian hospitality, we are pleased to inform that under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme of the Department of Commerce, Government of India, the Council would reimburse the cost of to and fro economy class air ticket and the cost of 2 night’s hotel accommodation to the participating delegates. The ceiling of reimbursement will be US$ 900 (US$ 1500 to delegates from Africa, LAC and North America) or the cost of the ticket plus 2 night hotel accommodation – whichever is lower. The condition for sponsorship is as below:

  1. The company should be genuine Electronics Hardware importers/ buyers or seeking joint ventures / tie-ups and / with Indian companies and
  2. 1 delegate per company will be sponsored.
  3. Payment of US$ 200 towards participation fees (This will be deducted from the amount which will be reimbursed to the delegates on 2nd day of the event.)

 ESC’s official travel agent will help the delegates in hotel accommodation.
 
We request you to kindly identify at least 5 or more potential buyers/ traders for INDEE. I am attaching a proforma, which needs to be filled in by the company’s representative, who will be visiting INDIA ELECTRONICS EXPO.
We would request you to kindly email us the duly filled proformas for nomination latest by 30th September 2022. The early confirmations will help us to organize business meetings in a professional way.
