BIAC to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises

The BIAC (Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD) released a new publication to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. The publication should serve to the markets, reduce risks and spread examples of good practice in the responsible entrepreneurship field.

The BIAC is collaborating in the long-term with the OECD on the effective implementation of the Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

The BIAC publication explains everything that the enterprises need to know about the Guidelines, including the role of the National contact points which provide an excellent mechanism for the dispute resolution that could arise in connection with the Guidelines implementation.

The publication is based on the results of the BIAC survey to which the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic's members had an opportunity to contribute as well.
