EU Commission proposals for the last trimester of 2015

The Commission implements its agenda of the New Beginning.

Many urgent economic and geopolitical events lead to a series of extraordinal meetings of the European Council in July 2015. In August, the European Commission is thus preparing a successful finalization of its work programme for 2015 and, in coordination with the European Parliament and European Council, a proposal of its work programme for 2016.

Since the first week of September 2015, the European Commission will start to publish these proposals that are both part of its work programme for this year and implementation of the first part of measures to economic and monetary union's strengthening.

Among the most important parts of the EU agenda figure the debate on the Trade and Investment Strategy for Jobs and Growth as well as on Internal Market Strategy for Goods and Services, report on Energy Union condition, Prospectus Directive on stocks and shares trade, Non-bank institution recovery and resolution debate or Digital contract rights and copyright rules debate.
