The National Development Council of the Republic of China (Taiwan) is organizing a webinar “Taiwan-Europe Semiconductor Forum” from October 17th to 21st, 2022.

The event is co-organized by Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Science and Technology Council, and Ministry of Education, and is hosted by Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI).The National Development Council of the Republic of China (Taiwan) is organizing a webinar “Taiwan-Europe Semiconductor Forum” from October 17th to 21st, 2022. The event is co-organized by Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Science and Technology Council, and Ministry of Education, and is hosted by Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI).This online webinar aims to share the experiences and knowledge of the Taiwan semiconductor sector. Participants will be able to explore business cooperation opportunities and strengthen the connection in future technology development of the semiconductor industry.

The webinar objective is to provide participants with comprehensive overviews including:
1. The fundamentals of semiconductor design and manufacturing.
2. The development of silicon IPs and business models with IP portfolio.
3. The market trend for semiconductor applications and the product strategy and development.
4. The arrangement of virtual online visits to leading research laboratories and companies.

The target audiences are:
1. Business leaders and executives (managers, directors, CTO, CEO) from semiconductor industries or related companies.
2. High-level government representatives including policymakers, regulators, advisors, senior advisors, senior directors.
3. Professors and senior directors from semiconductor related research institutes.
4. Senior representatives from semiconductor related associations.
