Vinh Phuc is an industrial hub in the Northern Vietnam that locates 25 kms away from Noi Bai International Airport. 

 

Vinh Phuc is an industrial hub in the Northern Vietnam that locates 25 kms away from Noi Bai International Airport, 50 kms  from Hanoi Capital, 150 kms from Hai Phong sea Port. The region has been attracting much investment from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and many more countries in fields such as automotive, electronical, garment, steel manufacturing.

Vinh Phuc is striving to become a modern-oriented industrial province by 2020, and Vinh Phuc city by the 2020s; one of the developed centers for industries, service and tourism in term of national and regional level. Vinh Phuc Province plans 18 industrial parks (IP) by 2020 with a total area of nearly 5,000 ha, planning 32 industrial clusters (IC) by 2030 with a total area of over 688 ha.
For a sustainable development, priority is given to projects with high technologies, high added values,
environmental friendliness, economically land use, and great contribution to the provincial budget,
specifically: Industries: Machinery, automobile and motorcycle manufacturing and assembling; electronics and telecommunication industry and supporting industry for electronics and telecommunication industry; new materials; machines, equipment and tools using in agricultural activities; biological industries, agro-forestry-fishery products processing, industrial park infrastructure.

Service: financing, banking, insurance, stocking and logistics, supermarkets, ecological tourism sites, amusement park; education and training centers: universities, training center, high schools, kindergarten; healthcare and medical care centers: hospital and nursing centers.

Agriculture: high technology and sustainable oriented projects; production projects for high productivity
and quality plants, cattle, fishery; agricultural machines and equipment; agricultural products
processing projects, etc. Socio-economic infrastructure development: Clean water supply; urban wastewater drainage and treatment system; urban and rural main roads, domestic and industrial waste treatment facilities, etc.

Beside the common incentives given by Vietnamese Government, investors will benefit from a number of provincial exclusive incentives (Resolution no.57/2016/NQ-HĐND dated Dec 12th, 2016 of Provincial People's Council): Helping investor carry out fast land compensation and land clearance.
Providing financial support in preparing administrative dossiers in location introduction, 1/500 detailed planning if the project is in the list of prioritized sectors. Installing basic technical infrastructure inside and outside the industrial park. Helping the company to train and attract high quality labour force.
Helping company doing business on supporting industries. Helping company with advertisement expenses on provincial media if the project is in the list of prioritized sectors. Providing financial support in preparing environmental impact assessment report if the project is in the list of prioritized sectors.
